Fighting corruption: Today’s court order on 2G a turning point?

The Supreme court says sanction for prosecution of public servants charged with corruption should be given within four months or it be taken for granted. However, changing the law is with Parliament. The landmark order came on Subramanian Swamy’s plea against the Prime Minister’s Office. The BJP says this is a setback for Manmohan Singh; the Prime Minister’s Office says the Prime Minister has been vindicated. As they debate, we ask is the court’s verdict a turning point against corruption?
